Vendor Member Sign Up

The annual fee for Vendor membership in OGITA is $20 per fiscal year. The fiscal year begins July 1 and runs through June 30.  This entitles Vendor members to be put on the OGITA mailing list to receive notifications of special meetings, mini-conferences, educational sessions, and the annual conference.  It also entitles Vendor members to get first refusal at becoming a presenter at conferences or sessions that are specific to that vendor's speciality.  The final item Vendor members get is the opportunity to sponsor monthly meetings and do a short presentation throughout the year.   If you would like to join, simply fill out the form below and you will be invoiced for your membership dues. 


If you wish to pay by credit card, fill out the form below and click on Send.  Then when you come back to this page it will be blank and that is ok.  Just click on the PayPal  button below the form and pay. If you do not pay, OGITA will invoice you and you can pay by check.  In the credit card comment area please put your Business name that you signed up with.
