OGITA 9th Annual Technology / Education Conference

The OGITA annual conference will be held this year in Midwest City, Oklahoma on September 28th and 29th at the Midwest City Nick Harroz Community Center. Mark your calendar now. Further information available shortly, please check back often.

Schedule of events

  • 9/27 Setup and Pre-Conference Reception
    • Early booth setup available on 9/27 from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
    • Pre-conference reception, 5:30 - 7:00 at S&B Burgers, Midwest City
  • 9/28 Expo Hall Day & Vendor Presentations
    • Vendor booth breakdown starts around 3:00 and should be done by 4:30
    • Social Event and Mixer at the Midwest City Sheraton, 5:30 - 10:00
  • 9/29 Peer-to-Peer Educational Sessions, Member Roundtables, and OGITA Business Meeting

We have special rates for attendees and vendors. Please ask for OGITA rate so that OGITA gets credit for your room to ensure we can continue to block out rooms. OGITA's block of rooms are reserved until sold out (which has happened early every year).

Airport

Flights can be booked to Will Rogers International Airport (OKC) on all major airlines. Rental cars are available. Access to Midwest City will be via I-44 Eastbound, to I-40 Eastbound and is approximately a 30-minute drive, not counting traffic, so please plan accordingly.
